Affiliate Disclosure & Participation Standards

TAVEN System LLC may operate affiliate or referral programs in which participants can earn commissions or receive other benefits when customers purchase through qualifying links, codes, or referrals.

Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates and referrers must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to TAVEN Store near the recommendation, endorsement, review, link, or code. The disclosure should be easy to notice and understand before or at the time a customer acts on the recommendation.

A clear disclosure can explain in ordinary language that the promoter may earn a commission or receive a benefit if a customer purchases through the promoter's link or code.

Truthful Promotion

• Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about TAVEN Store or any product.
• Do not make health, safety, performance, certification, pricing, scarcity, or savings claims unless they are accurate and can be supported.
• Do not create or purchase fake reviews, suppress honest negative reviews, or imply that an incentivized review is independent when it is not.
• Do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by a third-party brand unless that relationship is real and authorized.

TAVEN Content and Marks

Any use of TAVEN names, logos, images, or other protected materials must comply with the permissions granted through the applicable affiliate or referral program. Participation does not transfer ownership of TAVEN intellectual property.

Compliance Review

TAVEN may pause or terminate participation, withhold approval of promotional content, or take other reasonable action when activity appears deceptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with program requirements, subject to applicable law and any controlling program terms.
