1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
- Item is not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@taven.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@taven.store within 7 days of receiving a damaged item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
