TAVEN sellers can expand their business by using an approved external seller tool to create their own account, connect outside marketplaces, manage listings, inventory, orders, and shipping.
Important Seller Notice
Your external marketplace accounts belong to you. TAVEN SYSTEM LLC does not manage your personal marketplace verification, payouts, payment accounts, suspensions, customer disputes, refunds, taxes, or account performance outside the official TAVEN marketplace. Sellers who choose to sell externally are responsible for their own business operations.
Use Your Affiliate Link
Every affiliate must go to their affiliate page to find their personal affiliate link. This link can be customized with your business name or personal name. This is the link you should share with customers, sellers, and new partners.
Do not send people directly to the general TAVEN store link if you want your referrals to be tracked. Always share your own affiliate link so the system can track registrations, sales, and commissions correctly.
How the External Selling Process Works
1. Create Your Own Seller Account
Sellers must create their own external seller account. This account belongs to the seller, not TAVEN.
2. Connect Your Marketplaces
Connect your own TikTok Shop, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, or other approved sales channels.
3. Choose Approved Products
Sell products that meet TAVEN quality, pricing, branding, shipping, and compliance standards.
4. Manage Your Own Orders
You are responsible for your own listings, inventory, orders, tracking numbers, customer service, refunds, and external marketplace account health.
Products Sellers May Sell
Sellers may sell approved products from categories that match TAVEN standards. Products must have clean images, accurate descriptions, safe shipping, legal compliance, reliable suppliers, and enough profit margin before being promoted or listed outside TAVEN.

Jewelry, bags, watches, scarves, sunglasses, belts, and lifestyle accessories.
Beauty & Personal Care
Beauty tools, skincare accessories, grooming items, and approved wellness lifestyle products.
Home Essentials
Home organization, bedding, bath, décor, kitchen helpers, and daily-use home products.
Tech Accessories
Phone accessories, chargers, cables, cases, stands, small gadgets, and approved electronics accessories.
Lifestyle Products
Fitness accessories, travel items, everyday essentials, and practical products with strong demand.
Premium Products
Higher-quality products with better presentation, stronger margin, and approved supplier standards.
Products Not Allowed
Sellers must not list counterfeit products, unauthorized branded products, weapons, illegal products, adult products, restricted medical products, unsafe electronics, misleading health products, stolen content, fake documents, dangerous items, recalled products, or any product that violates marketplace rules, U.S. law, payment processor rules, or TAVEN standards.
External Seller Rules
Do not sell below the approved minimum price. Your price must cover product cost, shipping, marketplace fees, payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and profit.
Do not misuse the TAVEN name, logo, images, product content, or brand identity without approval. Keep product pages professional and accurate.
Use reliable suppliers, process orders on time, upload valid tracking numbers, and do not promise shipping times you cannot deliver.
You are responsible for customer service, disputes, refunds, returns, chargebacks, and account health on your external marketplaces.
