1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. TAVEN System LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at taven.store using the "Track Your Order" feature in the navigation menu.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@taven.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. TAVEN System LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
