TAVEN gives approved sellers access to a structured marketplace system where they can submit products, manage approved listings, follow marketplace rules, and grow their business with professional guidance.
Step 1: Submit Your Product
Add complete product information, including title, description, images, cost, supplier details, shipping note, and suggested selling price.
Step 2: Wait for Review
TAVEN admin reviews product quality, supplier reliability, pricing, shipping time, and compliance before approval.
Step 3: Sell Approved Products
Once approved, the product may be sold according to TAVEN’s approved price, marketplace permission, and shipping instructions.
2. Product Approval Workflow
Every product must pass through TAVEN approval before it becomes active for selling or external marketplace promotion. This protects the customer experience, seller account, TAVEN brand, and marketplace reputation.

Required Product Fields
- TAVEN Approval Status: Pending Review, Needs Update, Approved, or Rejected.
- Minimum Selling Price: The lowest price a seller is allowed to sell the product for.
- Recommended Selling Price: TAVEN’s suggested price based on product cost, shipping, platform fees, affiliate cost, and profit margin.
- Allowed Marketplaces: The approved channels where the seller may list the product.
- Shipping Note: Processing time, estimated delivery time, tracking instructions, and supplier shipping restrictions.
- Seller Note: Internal instruction for the seller about how to manage the product.
- Supplier Note: Supplier link, inventory condition, supplier warning, price change risk, or product source detail.
3. Pricing Rules
Sellers must respect TAVEN’s pricing rules. Products should never be sold below the approved minimum selling price. This protects product profit, seller earnings, affiliate commissions, shipping cost, platform fees, customer service cost, and long-term business stability.
Minimum Selling Price
This is the lowest approved price. Sellers must not go below this amount without written approval from TAVEN admin.
Recommended Selling Price
This price is recommended to protect margin, improve positioning, and create enough room for business growth.
Discount Rules
Discounts, coupons, bundles, flash sales, and external marketplace promotions must not reduce the product below the approved minimum price.
TAVEN Pricing Protection Rule
If a seller changes a product price in a way that damages profit margin, creates customer confusion, violates marketplace rules, or goes below the minimum approved price, TAVEN may suspend the product, request correction, or remove seller access to that listing.
4. Selling on Other Marketplaces
TAVEN sellers may request permission to sell approved products on outside marketplaces. However, sellers must not list a product externally unless that product clearly shows approval for the marketplace they want to use.

External Marketplace Rules
- Only approved products may be listed outside TAVEN.
- The product must show that the requested marketplace is allowed.
- Sellers must follow the approved title, description, product images, price, and shipping note.
- Sellers must not list pending, rejected, restricted, expired, out-of-stock, or unverified products.
- Sellers must not make false claims about product quality, delivery time, origin, warranty, or availability.
- If a marketplace removes, flags, or restricts a listing, the seller must notify TAVEN support.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment Rules
Sellers must provide accurate shipping information. Customers must receive realistic processing and delivery expectations before they place an order.
Processing Time
Every product should include the expected handling time before the supplier or seller ships the order.
Tracking Updates
If tracking is available, sellers must update tracking information as soon as the supplier provides it.
Supplier Issues
If the supplier delays, cancels, changes price, or runs out of stock, the seller must notify TAVEN support immediately.
6. Seller, Supplier & Shipping Notes
Notes help TAVEN manage product review, seller instructions, fulfillment expectations, and supplier risk. Sellers must keep notes clear, accurate, and honest.

7. Seller Compliance Rules
TAVEN sellers must protect the marketplace, customers, and brand reputation. Sellers who violate TAVEN rules may lose product approval, marketplace access, or seller privileges.
- Do not sell counterfeit, restricted, illegal, unsafe, stolen, or misleading products.
- Do not advertise products with false claims, fake reviews, fake scarcity, or unrealistic delivery promises.
- Do not list products outside the marketplaces approved by TAVEN.
- Do not use TAVEN brand assets in a misleading or unauthorized way.
- Do not change approved pricing, images, title, description, product claims, or shipping note without approval.
- Do not contact customers in a way that damages TAVEN’s reputation.
- Do not promote pending, rejected, expired, or restricted products.
